Lawn Maintenance
Provide lawn mowing service to residential or commercial customers by making timely lawn/landscape applications, diagnosing and correcting lawn/landscaping problems through service calls and performing other general lawn care related services.
Pay commensurate with skills and experience up to $15.00 per hour

Property Maintenance
Change locks, inspect properties, perform maid/janitorial services, trash-outs, winterization and other property management related services.

Painter
Prepare paint and other components for paint application. Up to and including mixing and thinning paint to specifications, as well as taping and cleaning.
